1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to GameZone ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our platform, creating an account, or interacting with any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms adhere to international internet regulations, including the laws of the United States, the European Union, Asia, and Africa regarding digital entertainment and interactive software. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of our platform.

2. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, such as 16 in the European Union under GDPR) to create an account. By using GameZone, you warrant that you meet these legal age requirements. We reserve the right to request proof of age and to suspend accounts if we reasonably suspect a violation of this policy.

3. Virtual Currency and "Points"

GameZone utilizes a virtual currency system ("Points"). You understand and agree that:

• No Real-World Value: Points are non-transferable virtual tokens meant exclusively for use within the GameZone ecosystem. They have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for legal tender, and are not subject to standard financial regulation.
• Prohibition of Gambling: GameZone is strictly a platform for games of skill and entertainment. We strictly forbid the exchange of Points for real money or physical prizes outside of officially sanctioned GameZone events governed by separate terms.
• Revocation: We reserve the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate Points as we see fit without liability to you.

4. Acceptable Use and Anti-Cheating

We are committed to providing a fair competitive environment. You agree to the following code of conduct:

• No Cheating: You will not use third-party software, macros, bots, or exploit network architectures to gain an unfair advantage.
• No Harassment: Hate speech, harassment, doxxing, and abusive behavior towards other players are strictly prohibited.

Violations of this section will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all accumulated Points.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on GameZone—including but not limited to software code, game logic, UI designs, and audio assets—are owned by GameZone, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GAMEZONE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE PLATFORM. THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

7. International Compliance and Arbitration

We strive to operate in compliance with global standards. However, any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of GameZone's corporate headquarters, explicitly waiving the right to participate in a class-action lawsuit. Provisions of this agreement that are unenforceable in your specific local jurisdiction shall be severed, while the remainder of the agreement remains in effect.
